VVE Terms of Use

Version 2026-11-03. These terms govern your use of the VVE (Veni Vidi Edi) mobile app. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.

The service

VVE lets you record the places you go as visits verified by photo, location and time signals (EDIs), review them and build your personal map. VVE tries to verify that a visit really happened; it does not guarantee that reviews are accurate. The service is free and may change with notice.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to use VVE.
• Give accurate information, do not share your account and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what is done from your account. You can close it at any time via Settings → Delete account.

Content rules

VVE has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post:

• Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats or attacks targeting a person.
• Obscene, sexual, violent or illegal content.
• Spam, advertising, fake or paid reviews, or a visit record for a place you did not go to.
• Photos that belong to someone else or copyrighted content; photos of people without their permission.
• Your own or others' personal information (phone, address, ID numbers and so on).
• Attempts to cheat verification: fake location, edited photo data, automated accounts.

Moderation

• You can report any review, photo, place or user from the app. Content you report is hidden from you immediately.
• You can block a user: you no longer see their content and they no longer see yours. You can unblock them in Settings → Blocked users.
• Content reported by several users is hidden from everyone until it has been reviewed.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks the rules and may suspend or close accounts that break them, without prior warning.

Rights to your content

You keep the rights to your content. For the reviews, ratings and photos you post publicly, you give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to show them in VVE, strip their metadata and resize them. When you delete content or make it private, the licence ends for new displays. You confirm that you have the rights needed for your content.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Place information comes from open data sources and may be wrong or out of date; check it yourself before you go somewhere. VVE is not responsible for user reviews or for your experiences at places. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect damages.

Changes and law

If we change these terms we update the version date and announce significant changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; as a consumer you keep the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and courts where you live.
